Dr. Monte Wheeler has been practicing General Dentistry in Springdale for over 30 years. He is a Springdale native who graduated from Springdale High School and the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree, he continued his education at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry where he graduated with honors in 1994.
In 1995, Dr. Wheeler completed a General Practice Residency at Saint Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Afterward, he completed an additional residency in Dental Implant Restoration with Mid-America Institute.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Northwest Arkansas Dental Society. Dr. Wheeler is committed to a lifetime of learning and continually seeks opportunities to further his knowledge and improve his skills by taking over 40 hours of Continuing Education a year.
Dr. Wheeler and his wife Shelly have two children: Chloe and Mac. He also enjoys traveling, watching the Razorbacks, Bass Fishing, Bird Hunting, or any Outdoor Activity.
